The Challenge

In order to maintain the upscale experience for its home owners, our client has developed unique dining options specific to each location. The goal for this is to create more of a hospitality driven dining experience and less of a traditional assisted living solution. The food and beverage management needs are addressed on location with additional support and direction provided by the corporate marketing team. The challenge for our client was to allow each of its locations to maintains its own identity, while insuring that their unique brand was maintained, and that the cost efficiencies of ten locations was capitalized on.
