USPS 2020 Postage Rate Increase

On January 26th, the new postal rates will come into effect. 
Below is a summary and a chart detailing the new rates for the primary categories that affect our clients.

• The First Class Mail letter (1 oz.) rate for postage purchased at the Post Office $0.55.
• Each additional ounce for a First Class Mail letter will cost an extra $0.15.
• First Class Mail Flats/Large Envelope rates are remaining at $1.00 (1 oz.), with additional ounces now costing $0.20.
• Postcard rates are also not increasing and will remain at $0.35.
• Metered Mail rate will still save 5 cents compared to the Post Office price with rates remaining at $0.50.
